Wonderful ovals of all natural Cheddar cheese and butter held together with a bit of flour and seasoned with a hint of cayenne. They are rolled and cut by hand, baked to a buttery golden brown.  Serve with drinks, they are flaky and delicious. Our customers tell us they just disappear much to easy.

Imagine the freshest herbs, rosemary, thyme and chives freshly snipped  from our herb garden, chopped and mixed into a buttery batter along with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper for spark !! These crackers not only smell wonderful but make a great compliment to a salad or soup.  For snacking, try a little cream cheese or chèvre and top with any of a number of items, i.e. salmon or tuna.

These melt-in-your-mouth little discs are made with white cheddar cheese carefully shredded for a buttery light cheddar flavor.  We use all natural cheese, flour, butter, seasonings and a little spice. They are rolled and cut by hand, and baked until the edges are golden.  Serve with your favorite beverage as a snack or as a side with a steaming bowl of soup.

These snappy-crisp, golden brown little rectangles are much better than the ones you buy in the store.  Made with all natural flour, butter, sesame seeds and seasonings. They are great with dips, salsas, spreads or cheeses. We especially like them with some of our Three Pepper Jelly and cream cheese for munching while watching your favorite program!

Roasted Garlic Crackers

Bursting with flavor this cracker is made with our own roasted garlic cloves and all natural flour, butter and seasonings.  They are light and crunchy, especially good  with goat cheese.  They also make a great partner for soup or salad or just for snacking with your favorite beverage.
