Shipping and Order Conditions

 

 

   All products except those that are in jars are made to order  and  we want to insure that you receive your order as fresh as possible.  To accomplish this we will ship orders on Wednesday so that your product reaches you for the weekend.  The deadline for orders to ship will be the Monday prior to the ship date.  All orders from Tuesday on will ship the next Wednesday.

     All orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail Service. USPS Priority Mail Service usually is delivered in 2 business days from the date sent.  Shipping charges do not  include insurance.  If a package is lost or stolen we cannot be responsible.  Insurance is available for an additional charge.

       If you do not request insurance, we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders.  We will box your order with bubble wrap and other recycled packing materials as we deem best for your order to arrive in the best possible condition. Shipping & Handling charges will be as follows:

$.01 - $9.99 = $6.05

$10.00 - $49.99 = 9.30 Flat Rate box

$50.00 - $99.99 = 18.60 Flat Rate boxes

$100.00 - $199.99 = 27.90 Flat Rate boxes

$200.00 - Inquire for shipping & handling charges

     We process our shipping labels on line and you will receive an automatic email from USPS  (if you provide us with your email address) that states the date that your package is scheduled to be shipped but does not provide any tracking. Be sure to include an email address, phone number or fax number so that we can confirm your order.

Payment

     All orders through the shopping cart go through PayPal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to place your order. All major credit cards accepted, Bank transfers, Debit cards, E-Check, and more.

Return Policy

     Due to the nature of our all natural products, the fact that there are no preservatives and the effort and care we give to produce a quality product, we cannot assure the handling and purity after it is shipped.  Our products cannot be restocked or resold, therefore, we do not accept returns.  Our goal is to ship you a freshly made small batch all natural product in a short time with the utmost care and pride.
